# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st October 2026.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
