# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 2: Public Notaries Act 1843


In section 5 of the Public Notaries Act 1843 (appeal), for “Chancellor of the High Court” substitute “President of the Business and Property Division of the High Court”, in each place it occurs.
