# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 1: Public Trustee Rules 1912


In rule 15 of the Public Trustee Rules 1912, in paragraph (2)(a)—
(a) for “Chancery Division”, substitute “Business and Property Division”;
(b) for “Vice Chancellor”, substitute “President of the Business and Property Division”.
