# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 11: Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013


In regulation 2 of the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “judge of High Court judge level”, in sub-paragraph (e), for “Chancellor of the High Court” substitute “President of the Business and Property Division”.
