# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 14: Civil Courts Order 2014


(1) The Civil Courts Order 2014 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 1 (commencement, citation and interpretation), omit paragraph (2).
(3) In article 2 (district registries of the High Court), omit paragraph (3).
(4) In the Schedule, omit “(Chancery)”, in each place it occurs.
