# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 18: Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016


In the following provisions of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, for “Chancery Division” substitute “Business and Property Division”—
(a) rule 10.122 (claim by mortgagee of land), in paragraph (6);
(b) rule 12.59 (appeals and reviews of court orders in corporate insolvency), in paragraph (4), in the definition of “Master”.
