# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 2: Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Rules 1951


In the following provisions of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Rules 1951, for “Chancery Division” substitute “Business and Property Division”—
(a) rule 12 (application for leave or for a declaratory order), in paragraph (4);
(b) rule 17 (service), in paragraph (6).
