# The Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026, Paragraph 20: Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018


In regulation 2 of the Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018 (interpretation), in the definition of “court”, for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) in England and Wales, a County Court hearing centre specified in rule 63.13 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998,”.
