In regulation 1 of the Prohibition of Cross-Examination in Person (fees of Court-Appointed Qualified Legal Representatives) Regulations 2022^f1 (citation, commencement, interpretation and extent), in paragraph (3), in the definition of “judge of High Court judge level”, in sub-paragraph (f), for “Chancellor of the High Court” substitute “President of the Business and Property Division”.
