In Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975f1 (excepted professions, offices, employments, work and occupations), in the definition of “judges of the Supreme Court”, for “Chancellor of the High Court” substitute “President of the Business and Property Division”.
