  "text": "Where a matter is referred to an enforcement officer under paragraph 6, the enforcement officer must—\n(a) consider the case, and\n(b) where appropriate, cause an information to be laid in respect of the offender's breach of the requirement—\n(i) in the case of an order subject to magistrates' court supervision, before a justice of the peace;\n(ii) in the case of a Crown Court order, before the Crown Court.",
