  "text": "An offence under any of the following provisions of the Aviation Security Act 1982—\n(a) section 1 (hijacking);\n(b) section 2 (destroying, damaging or endangering safety of aircraft);\n(c) section 3 (other acts endangering or likely to endanger safety of aircraft);\n(d) section 4 (offences in relation to certain dangerous articles).\n(e) section 6(2) (inducing or assisting the commission of offences relating to safety of aircraft) in a case where the offender is convicted on or after the day on which section 15 of the Counter-Terrorism and Sentencing Act 2021 comes into force.",
