In section 35A(4) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 ...—
(a) in paragraph (e) omit “266 or” and “266(a) or”;
(aa) in paragraph (fza) omit “266(a) or”;
(b) in paragraph (fa) omit “265 or” and “265(2)(a) or”.
(c) in paragraph (fb) omit “268A or” and “268C(2) or”.
