# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 20

Status: prospective

(1) In section 77, subsection (5) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (c), after “179,” insert “ 179A, ”.
(3) In paragraph (d), for “204” substitute “ 202(1A)(b), 204, 204A ”.
