  "text": "In—\n(a) paragraph 10(5)(d) of Schedule 10 (magistrates' court's powers on breach etc of community order), as inserted by paragraph 21(2) of this Schedule, or\n(b) the paragraph (d) to be inserted into paragraph 10(5) of Schedule 10 by paragraph 21(2) of this Schedule (if that paragraph 21(2) is not in force when this paragraph comes into force),\nin the words following sub-paragraph (iii), for “6 months” substitute “ 51 weeks ”.",
