  "text": "(1) Section 236 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), at the end insert—\n“This is subject to subsection (2A).”\n(3) After that subsection insert—\n“(2A) Where—\n(a) the offence is a summary offence, and\n(b) the maximum term of imprisonment that a court could impose for the offence (in the case of an offender aged 21 or over) is 51 weeks,\nthe term of a detention and training order in respect of the offence may not exceed 6 months.”",
