# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 32

Status: prospective

In section 248 (detention and training orders: interpretation)—
(a) in subsection (3)—
(i) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “ or ”;
(ii) omit paragraph (c) (and the word “or” immediately before it);
(b) in subsection (4) omit—
(i) paragraph (b);
(ii) in paragraph (c) the words “(whether passed before or after this Code comes into force)”;
(iii) paragraph (e) (and the word “or” immediately before it);
and insert “ or ” immediately after paragraph (c).
