# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 33

Status: prospective

In section 253 (sentence of detention passed on offender subject to detention and training order), in subsection (4)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “ or ”;
(b) omit paragraph (c) (and the word “or” immediately before it).
