# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 35

Status: prospective

In section 270 (sentence of detention in a young offender institution where offender subject to detention and training order), in subsection (4)—
(a) in paragraph (a), at the end insert “ or ”;
(b) omit paragraph (c) (and the word “or” immediately before it).
