# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 48

Status: prospective

In section 244 (interaction with sentences of detention in a young offender institution), in subsection (2), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) section 61 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (place of detention);”.
