  "text": "In section 119 (power of magistrates' court to fine where only imprisonment etc specified), in subsection (4)—\n(a) for paragraph (b) substitute—\n“(b) the term of imprisonment to which the offender would be subject in default of payment of the fine must not be longer than the term of imprisonment to which the offender is liable on conviction of the offence.”;\n(b) omit the words following paragraph (b).",
