# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 64

Status: prospective

In section 311 (minimum sentence for certain offences involving firearms that are prohibited weapons), in subsection (3)—
(a) omit paragraph (b);
(b) in paragraph (c), for “21” substitute “ 18 ”.
