# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 65

In section 312 (mandatory minimum sentence for offences of threatening with weapon or bladed article), in subsection (3)—
(a) omit paragraph (b);
(b) in paragraph (c), for “21” substitute “ 18 ”.
