# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 66

Status: prospective

In section 313 (minimum sentence for third drug trafficking offence)—
(a) in subsection (2), for “an appropriate custodial sentence” substitute “ a sentence of imprisonment ”;
(aa) in subsection (2A), for “an appropriate custodial sentence” substitute “a sentence of imprisonment”;
(b) omit subsection (6).
