# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 69

Status: prospective

In section 324 (interpretation of sections 321 and 322), in the definition of “life sentence”—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or ”;
(b) omit paragraph (c) (and the word “or” immediately before it).
