# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 71

Status: prospective

(1) In section 384(3)(b) (commencement of sentence), for “, 257 and 270” substitute “ and 257 ”.
(2) The amendment made by sub-paragraph (1) does not affect the validity of any order made under section 270(2).
