In section 399 (mandatory sentences)—
(a) in paragraph (b)—
(i) in the opening words, omit “, custody for life”;
(ii) in sub-paragraph (i), omit “, 274 , 274A”;
(iii) in sub-paragraph (ii), omit “273 or”;
(b) in paragraph (ba), omit “268B or”.
