# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 98

Status: prospective

In section 354 (offence: breach of sexual harm prevention order), for subsection (2) substitute—
“(2) See the following provisions for offences in Scotland and Northern Ireland of breaching such an order—
(a) section 37 of the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 22);
(b) section 113 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.”
