# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 115


In Schedule 8 to that Act, in paragraph 3(a), for “section 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Sentencing Code ”.
