Paragraph 120 I1

Section 24 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(a), for “section 140 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 132 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In subsection (3A), for “section 161A of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 42 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In subsection (4), in paragraph (ba) of the definition of “fine”, for “section 21A of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985” substitute “ section 46 of the Sentencing Code ”.
