# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 122


In section 121(2) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, for “section 12 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 79 or 80 of the Sentencing Code ”.
