# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 126


In section 32(1)(a) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, for “section 12 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 79 or 80 of the Sentencing Code ”.
