# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 128


In section 15 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, in the definition of “youth detention accommodation”, for “section 107(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000)” substitute “ section 248(1) of the Sentencing Code ”.
