# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 129


In section 25(5) of that Act, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “the relevant enactments”, after “section 91 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 250 of the Sentencing Code ”.
