# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 132


In section 222(8) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, for “section 139 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 129 of the Sentencing Code ”.
