  "text": "(1) Section 58 of that Act is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), after “a court” insert “ in Northern Ireland ”;\n(b) omit paragraph (b) and the preceding “or”.\n(3) In subsection (2), in paragraphs (a) and (b), after “a court” insert “ in Northern Ireland ”.\n(4) In subsection (9) omit paragraph (b).",
