# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 143


In Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 1997, in paragraph 2, after “section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000,” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code, ”.
