# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 159


In section 117(1) of the CDA 1998, in the definition of “custodial sentence”, for “the same meaning as in the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ the meaning given by section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
