  "text": "(1) Section 163 of that Act is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) omit the definitions of the following expressions—\n“associated”;\n“child”;\n“community order”;\n“compensation order”;\n“detention and training order”;\n“guardian”;\n“local authority accommodation”;\n“local probation board”;\n“offence punishable with imprisonment”;\n“order for conditional discharge”;\n“period of conditional discharge”;\n“referral order”;\n“reparation order”;\n“responsible officer”;\n“sentence of imprisonment”;\n“suspended sentence”\n“young person”;\n“youth offending team”;\n“youth rehabilitation order”.\n(3) Omit subsection (2).",
