# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 177


In section 6B(14)(b)(ii) of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001, for “section 189(7)(b) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 286(6) of the Sentencing Code ”.
