# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 179


In Schedule 7 to the International Criminal Court Act 2001, in paragraph 2(1)(d), after “sections 240ZA and 240A of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” insert “ and section 325 of the Sentencing Code ”.
