# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 196


In section 82(2)(d) of the POCA 2002, for “the Sentencing Act” substitute “ the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or Chapter 4 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
