# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 199


In section 230(2)(d) of the POCA 2002, after “section 143 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” insert “ or Chapter 4 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
