# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 201


In section 11(4)(a) of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003, for “section 78 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” substitute “ section 224 of the Sentencing Code ”.
