# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 206


In section 89(1) of the SOA 2003, in the entry in column 1 of the table beginning “A person who is the subject”, at the end insert “ , or an order under Chapter 2 of Part 11 of the Sentencing Code (sexual harm prevention orders on conviction) ”.
