# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 212


In section 134(1)(a) of the SOA 2003, for “section 14(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” substitute “ section 82(2) of the Sentencing Code ”.
