  "text": "(1) Section 305(1) of the CJA 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit the definitions of the following expressions—\n“accredited programme”;\n“alcohol abstinence and monitoring requirement”;\n“alcohol treatment requirement”;\n“the appropriate officer of the court”;\n“attendance centre requirement”;\n“community requirement”\n“community sentence”;\n“compensation order”;\n“drug rehabilitation requirement”;\n“electronic monitoring requirement”;\n“exclusion requirement”;\n“foreign travel prohibition requirement”;\n“guardian”;\n“local probation board”;\n“mental health treatment requirement”;\n“pre-sentence report”;\n“programme requirement”;\n“prohibited activity requirement”;\n“rehabilitation activity requirement”;\n“residence requirement”;\n“responsible officer”;\n“unpaid work requirement”.\n(3) In the definition of “associated”, for “section 161(1) of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 400 of the Sentencing Code ”.\n(4) In the definition of “community order”, for “section 177(1)” substitute “ section 200 of the Sentencing Code ”.\n(5) In the definition of “curfew requirement”, for “section 204” substitute “ paragraph 9(1) of Schedule 9 to the Sentencing Code ”.\n(6) In the definition of “custodial sentence”, for “section 76 of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.\n(7) In the definition of “suspended sentence” and “suspended sentence order”, for “section 189(7)” substitute “ section 286 of the Sentencing Code ”.\n(8) Insert at the appropriate place—\n““the PCC(S)A 2000” means the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000;”.",
