# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 245


(1) Schedule 15 to the CJA 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In the section reference, for “Section 224” substitute “ Section 327(3)(a) ”.
(3) In the Schedule heading, for “Chapter 5 of Part 12” substitute “ section 325 ”.
