# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 250


In Schedule 10 to the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003, in paragraph 1(a), for “section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” substitute “ Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
