# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 251


In section 6(5) of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004, for “section 8 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” substitute “ section 25 of the Sentencing Code ”.
